Tom Freiling is a publishing-industry C-suite veteran and a pioneer in digital publishing. Over three decades he has held senior-level roles at America's largest media companies, and as a 3X founder and CEO, the publishing company he launched was acquired by a NASDAQ-listed media company and generated more than $100M in revenue.
He has sold millions of books, collaborating with a wide range of high-profile clients, including New York Times best-selling authors, Fortune 500 CEOs, pro athletes, celebrity musicians, political leaders, and nationally recognized thought leaders.

Chief Content Architect
Nick leads content and ghostwriting, shaping manuscripts that capture each author's voice and authority. A 2X founder, he built and bootstrapped a market-research firm to more than $2M in revenue before it was acqui-hired in 2022. His background spans survey research and data analysis, sales, and marketing technology, a rare mix of editorial craft and entrepreneurial instinct he brings to every book.
Director of Publishing
Christen oversees publishing and author relations, keeping every project on track from first conversation to finished book. A best-selling author featured by NBC, CBS, and ABC News, she is also a popular speaker and sits on the Advisory Board of the Harvard Business Review. Her books have graced the shelves of Barnes & Noble and are endorsed by New York Times best-selling authors.
Marketing Manager
Christyn leads marketing and distribution, building the campaigns and channels that put our authors and their books in front of the right audiences. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the publishing industry, including as Director of Author Development at a NASDAQ-listed media company. She also served as VP of a leading boutique production company specializing in high-quality film, video, and animation.
You will not be handed off to junior staff. The people who build your book are the people whose names are on this page, and they treat every title as if their own reputation depends on it. Because it does.

Freiling Agency is based on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, at the Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina. It is a fitting home for a publishing house, a place where people come to slow down, think clearly, and tell the stories that matter.
